[9 L.P.R.A § 5001 Inciso (7)] "Arrastre o trailer" Significará todo vehículo carente de fuerza motriz para su movimiento, con dos (2) o más ejes de carga, diseñado y construido para cargar bienes sobre o dentro de su propia estructura y ser tirado por un vehículo de motor, sin que éste tenga que soportar total o parcialmente el peso de la carga.
