At a banking institution’s request, the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall issue and deliver a certificate to authorize each branch for which the banking institution has given notice under ORS 714.025 (Notice required to establish branches in Oregon or outside of Oregon) to conduct business. [1997 c.631 §318; 2015 c.244 §88e]
