Banking institutions shall not establish or maintain branches except as expressly authorized in ORS 714.025 (Notice required to establish branches in Oregon or outside of Oregon) to 714.079 (Closure and relocation of branches) and 714.995 (Civil penalty) . [1997 c.631 §312]
