A banking institution may, in accordance with ORS 714.025 (Notice required to establish branches in Oregon or outside of Oregon) , establish one or more mobile facilities to engage in the banking business or to transact trust business. Mobile banking facilities may operate within this state and in other states. [1997 c.631 §314; 2015 c.244 §88b]
