(a) The department will maintain and make available to interested persons a directory identifying all firms eligible to participate as DBEs on department contracts.
(b) The DBE directory lists, at a minimum for each firm:
(1) the firm's address;
(2) the firm's phone number; and
(3) the types of work the firm has been certified to perform as a DBE.
(c) The department will update the DBE directory quarterly or more frequently if needed.
