September 29, 2017 House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Any maintenance provided under sections 3304.11 to 3304.27 of the Revised Code is not transferable or assignable at law or in equity, and none of the money paid or payable or rights existing under this chapter are subject to execution, levy, attachment, garnishment, or other legal process, or to the operation of any bankruptcy or insolvency law.
