September 29, 2013 House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The executive director of the opportunities for Ohioans with disabilities agency shall establish administrative subdivisions as necessary or appropriate to carry out the agency's functions and duties, but there shall be a bureau of services for the visually impaired and a bureau of vocational rehabilitation, each of which has as its head a deputy director appointed by the executive director. The executive director shall prescribe the budgets for the government of each division, and rules for the conduct of its employees, the performance of its business, and the custody, use, and preservation of the records, papers, books, documents, and property pertaining thereto.
