FPR section 209.3 is amended to read as follows: Use of Space Below the Regulatory Flood Datum: No floor level or portion of the building or structure that is below the RFD regardless of structure or space classification shall be used as habitable space, or for storage of any property, materials, or equipment that might constitute a safety hazard when contacted by flood waters.
