FPR section 200.3 is amended to read as follows: Regulatory Flood Datum: For the purpose of these regulations, the regulatory flood datum, or as hereinafter referred to, the "RFD," is hereby declared and established for use as the reference datum for determining the elevation above mean sea level to which floodproofing protection shall be provided. Hereinafter reference to the term "regulatory flood datum" in these regulations shall be synonymous with the term "flood protection elevation" as used in parts 6120.5000 to 6120.6200 .
