FPR section 201.1 is amended to read as follows: Application: These regulations shall apply to the construction, alteration, and repair of any building or parts of a building or structure in the flood hazard area(s) of the municipalities. Additions, alterations, repairs, and changes of use occupancy shall comply with all provisions for new buildings and structures as otherwise required in the building code, except as specifically provided in these regulations.
