Subpart 1. General. References to other codes and standards promulgated by the International Code Council in the IBC are modified in subparts 2 to 12. Subp. 2. Building code. References to the International Building Code or IBC in this code mean the Minnesota Building Code, adopted pursuant to this chapter and Minnesota Statutes, section 326B.106 , subdivision 1. Subp. 3.
