1. School unions. The union committee shall establish a policy to guide the relative amount of service to be performed by the superintendent in each unit. [PL 2001, c. 588, §13 (AMD).]
2. Community school district. In community school districts, the district school committee shall also establish a policy to guide the relative amount of service to be performed by the superintendent in each school administrative unit. [PL 2001, c. 588, §13 (AMD).]
