Section 4540.70 Notice

of Nonrenewal or Termination

Beginning May 1, 2023,

before sending any notice of nonrenewal or termination required under Section

15 of the Act, an insurer shall file informationally with the Department

through SERFF a sample copy of the notices to providers and beneficiaries. An

insurer shall include these notices in its filing under Section 10 of the Act.
