Section 4000.220  Boundary

Fences

Boundary fences that are

required by Section 2 of the Fence Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 54, par. 2)

[765 ILCS 130/2] or barriers that are needed to protect the preserve may be

installed as provided in the master plan or management schedule. Generally they

shall not be in a form that will create a detrimental effect on movement of

wildlife, air circulation, or other natural conditions.
