Section 3708.50 Regulatory

Floodway Maps

The Department will compile and

keep a list of all regulatory floodway maps it has designated. The list will

indicate the source and date of each designated map. Each municipality and

county will be given a list of designated regulatory floodway maps in effect in

its jurisdiction. A copy of the list will be available for inspection in the

Office of Water Resources at the Region 2 Office, 2050 West Stearns Road,

Bartlett IL 60103.
