(20 ILCS 1705/3) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 100-3) Sec. 3. In addition to the powers, duties and responsibilities which may be otherwise provided by law, the Department shall have the powers enumerated in this Act. (Source: Laws 1967, p. 2892.)
