Modification of an existing use, facility, or structure will require an easement or an amendment to an existin g easement and will be processed in the same manner as a new application. Modification includes expanding the use o r easement area, or changing the location of the use or easement area. Modification does not include ordinar y maintenance, repair, or replacement of existing structures such as poles, wires, and cables. (3-18-22) 041. -- 049. (RESERVED)
