Pursuant to Section 19-5107, Idaho Code, the Peace Officer Standards and Training Council has authority, in accordance with Title 67, Chapter 52, Idaho Code, to promulgate rules it deems necessary to carry out the provision s of Title 19, Chapter 51, Idaho Code. (3-31-22)
