The participant, or the specified relative on behalf of a dependent child, must 8.102.410 NMAC 2 report the participant’s social security number (SSN) within 60 days of approval for the cash assistance program. Failure to meet this requirement shall result in ineligibility for the benefit group member without a reported or verified SSN.
