AUTO INSURANCE RATE CLASSIFICATIONS

December 8, 1955

All companies writing auto insurance in the State of Indiana are hereby notified and directed that

it is their duty and responsibility to police the activities of their duly licensed agents; therefore, it is

incumbent upon all such companies to ascertain that their agents have used proper and accurate

classification and rating symbols in underwriting automobile business.
