HAWTHORNE, Justice

(dissenting in part).

I dissent only from that portion of the majority opinion on rehearing which awards to Orleans Levee Destrict %6 (%s) of 55 per cent of the proceeds from these wells minus J4s' overriding royalty to Delta Development Company. It is my view that the award to Orleans and Delta as made, in the opinion on original hearing is correct.
