LANE, Judge,

concurring in results:

I concur in results by reason of stare deci-sis on the issue of what can be raised on post-conviction relief. I maintain my position that if the material is not in the original record it can be raised on post-conviction by authority of 22 O.S.Supp.1995, § 1089 that I expressed in my special vote in Conover v. State, 942 P.2d 229 (Okl.Cr.1997).
