The opinion

DowNex, Judge,

concurring:

The view of this case as presented by the findings and opinion does not in all respects accord with my conception of it, and I therefore withhold a general concurrence; but since the conclusions reached result in a substantial judgment for the plaintiffs in an amount to which, in my judgment, they are fully entitled I concur in the judgment.

I am authorized to say that Judge Booth concurs in this conclusion.
