concurs.
hi concur with the majority and would also affirm the judgment of the trial court. I write separately to stress the fact that the injunction does not prevent the Fund, through proper corporate actions, from amending its articles in any manner approved by the Opera Association nor does it prevent the Fund from passing amendments which would require only the opportunity for the Opera Association to participate in the decision.
