The opinion

11SHORTESS, Judge,

dissenting.

The record contains evidence that traffic in the Highland Road-LSU Avenue area is quite congested. Additional commercial traffic like that attracted to the Super Stop store will compound the problem. The trial court so held, when it affirmed the denial of plaintiffs liquor license application.

In my opinion, the trial court was not manifestly erroneous because its holding was reasonable and was a permissible view of the evidence.

I respectfully dissent.
