ON REHEARING

[Jan. 26, 1994]

PER CURIAM.

The application for rehearing of the defendant-appellant, the Plaquemines Parish Government is denied. When this Court stated that the “transfers by the State were not sales, nor sales equivalents” (emphasis added) this Court was consciously rejecting applicant’s argument that the transfers were onerous donations that should be treated like sales for warranty purposes. This Court did not fail to consider applicant’s argument.
