The opinion

SHIVERS, Judge,

dissenting.

I would grant the petition for rehearing. I would certify the following question to be of great public importance:

WHETHER SECTIONS 231.031 AND 760.10, FLORIDA STATUTES, READ IN PARI MATERIA, PROHIBIT THE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD FROM REFUSING TO REHIRE A TEACHER ON AN ANNUAL CONTRACT MERELY BECAUSE THE TEACHER HAS ATTAINED THE AGE OF 70 YEARS.
