The opinion
BEATTY, Justice
(concurring specially).
The majority opinion squarely confronts the only issues raised on appeal. I reserve judgment on other issues of a constitutional nature which, I believe, might have been raised regarding the statutes in question, particularly Tit. 46, § 128(1) (Supp.1973) (now Code of Ala. 1975, § 34-11-2).
