concurring.

The result reached by the majority, on last clear chance, is not inconsistent with *326 the dissent in Baumgartner v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, 346 So.2d 277 (La.App. 4th Cir. 1977).

Accordingly, I concur.
