The opinion

ON REHEARING

PER CURIAM.

The original decree of this court cast the plaintiff-appellant for the cost of this appeal. Under the provisions of LSA-R.S. 23:1692 such an assessment against the claimant for benefits under the Louisiana Employment Security Law is prohibited, unless it be found the appeal was frivolous. We have not found this appeal to be frivolous. The decree is reformed to omit the taxing of costs and, as amended, it is affirmed.

Amended and affirmed.
