The opinion

MOORE,

Judge, dissenting.

I believe the application for rehearing filed by Gregory Lovett Knight (“the husband”) is due to be granted for the reasons expressed in my special writing issued in this matter on original submission, see Knight v. Knight, 226 So.3d 688, 702-06 (Ala. Civ. App. 2016) (Moore, J., concurring in part and dissenting in part); therefore, I respectfully dissent to overruling the husband’s application for rehearing.
