The opinion

Johnson, J.

(concurring/dissenting) — I agree with the majority as to issue one, misconduct involving the settlement agreement. I disagree, however, with the majority’s analysis and discussion of issue two, moral turpitude, and join with Justice Sanders’ analysis.
