The opinion

Appellant's request for permission to file a second motion for rehearing is refused.

The cross-examination of the wife of the accused cannot be reviewed on appeal in the absence of an objection made at the time and preserved by bill of exceptions. Brock v. State, 71 S.W. Rep. 21 , so far as it is to the contrary, was qualified in Ward v. State, 70 Tex.Crim. Rep., and in other cases cited in Willingham v. State, 94 Tex.Crim. Rep., 252 S.W. Rep. 530 .

Refused.
