§ 35-11-105. Divisions enumerated

(a) The department shall consist of the following divisions:

(i) Air quality division;

(ii) Water quality division;

(iii) Land quality division;

(iv) Solid and hazardous waste management division;

(v) Abandoned mine land division;

(vi) Industrial siting division.
