Purpose.

Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish standards and procedures for the issuance of overweight and oversize permits for the transportation of commodities and goods in Wisconsin, within 11 miles of the Wisconsin-Michigan border, pursuant to s. 348.27 (9) (a) , Stats.
