Drinking water standards.

Drinking water standards. Private or non-community water systems producing water containing contaminant levels in excess of the primary drinking water standards contained in ch. NR 809 , the enforcement standards contained in ch. NR 140 , or other advisory levels identified by the department may be designated by the department as contaminated.
