Authority and purpose.

Authority and purpose. The rules in this chapter are adopted under authority in ss. 15.08 (5) (b) , 227.11 , 443.01 (6s) , and 443.06 , Stats. The purpose of rules in this chapter is to interpret basic education, experience and examination requirements for licensure as a professional land surveyor as specified in s. 443.06 , Stats.
