Text

Student conduct meetings and hearings are closed to public observation. The parties and their advisors or representatives may attend the entire hearing, excluding deliberations. Admission of any other person to the hearing is at the discretion of the conduct officer, community standards board chair, or presiding officer, as applicable. For convenience, or to accommodate concerns for the personal safety, well-being, or fears of confrontation of any party or witness, the conduct officer, community standards board chair, or presiding officer may allow participation remotely, in separate rooms, or by other means.
