WAC 495B-140-050. Administrative control

The college board hereby delegates authority to the college president to set up administrative policies and procedures for the use of college facilities; to establish, within the framework of these policies, regulations governing such use; and to establish rental schedules where appropriate. The college reserves the right to determine if an infraction of these rules has been committed.
