The Washington state board for architects, hereafter called the board, shall hold quarterly regular public meetings each year. Additional special meetings may be held at such times and places as the board may deem necessary. At its regular meeting during the second quarter of the calendar year, the board will elect a chair, a vice chair and a secretary for the upcoming year.
