The Big Bend Community College (BBCC) board of trustees, acting according to RCW 28B.50.140 (14), delegates to the president of the college the authority to administer student disciplinary action. Administration of the student disciplinary procedures is the responsibility of the vice president of learning and student success. The vice president of learning and student success will serve as the student conduct officer, or appoint a designee. Unless otherwise specified, the student conduct officer or designee shall serve as the principal investigator and administrator for alleged violations of this code.
