Text

Child protective services clients have the right to an administrative review of any complaint about the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services' child protective services. When clients make a complaint, staff inform the clients that they may request an administrative review. An administrative review is conducted by staff at a higher level than the worker within a reasonable time after the client requests the review.
