(a) This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Surplus Lines Insurance Act." This part shall apply to surplus lines transactions where the insured's home state, as defined by § 56-14-102 , is this state. (b) This chapter shall apply to surplus lines transactions where the insured's home state, as defined by § 56-14-102 , is this state.
