If no claim is interposed, narcotic drugs, marijuana or other property shall be forfeited without further proceedings and the drugs, marijuana or other property shall be sold or disposed of as provided in this chapter. Acts 1955, ch. 83, § 6; T.C.A., § 52-1406.
