The commissioner may require that any person claiming to be exempt from licensing pursuant to § 45-7-104 provide information and documentation to the commissioner demonstrating that such person qualifies for any claimed exemption. Amended by 2023 Tenn. Acts, ch. 115, s 1, eff. 1/1/2024. Acts 1994, ch. 715, § 1; T.C.A., § 45-7-205 .
