If no claim is interposed, the conveyance shall be forfeited without further proceedings and the conveyance shall be sold or disposed of as provided in this part. The procedure in § 40-33-108 is the sole remedy of any claimant, and no court shall have jurisdiction to interfere therewith by replevin, injunction, supersedeas or in any other manner. Acts 1977, ch. 81, § 4; T.C.A., § 40-4109.
