The circuit court has jurisdiction to try and determine all issues made up to contest the validity of last wills and testaments. Code 1858, § 4227 (deriv. Acts 1835-1836, ch. 5, § 9); Shan., § 6065; Code 1932, § 10320; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 16-503; Acts 1991, ch. 152, § 1.
