The following weeds are declared to be noxious statewide:

(1) Absinth wormwood (Artemisia absinthium);

(2) Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense);

(3) Hoary cress (Lepidium draba);

(4) Leafy spurge (Euphorbia esula);

(5) Perennial sow thistle (Sonchus arvensis);

(6) Purple loosestrife (Lythrum salicaria); and

(7) Salt Cedar (Tamarix ramosissima).
