The workforce board (€œboard€) shall be subject to the provisions as outlined in chapter 2 of title 38 (€œAccess to Public Records€); chapter 35 of this title (€œAdministrative Procedures€); and chapter 46 of this title (€œOpen Meetings€). In addition, the members of the board shall be subject to the provisions outlined in chapter 14 of title 36 (€œCode of Ethics€).
