The Pennsylvania State Police and the Department of Transportation shall jointly study the issue of the problems involving registration validation stickers and present a report with findings and recommendations to the Transportation Committee of the Senate and the Transportation Committee of the House of Representatives no later than September 1, 1999. 2002, OCTOBER 2, P.L.801, NO.114
